Serving New Mexico for Over 75 Years
As our principal business is truck equipment, Clark Truck Equipment Company Inc.
is dedicated on the service side, to the maintenance and repair of the equipment which
goes onto trucks. However, as a convenience
to our fleet customers, we do light work on the vehicle portion itself but not
major repairs to engines or drive
trains. We employ ASE certified Truck
Equipment technicians some of whom have the Masters designation. Lastly, we DOL certifiy our welders.
Fleet Maintenance
Think of CTE as a one stop shop for all but major engine or drive train repairs. We will do scheduled maintenance, DOT repairs (lighting or brakes for example) and of course any truck equipment repair such as a liftgate, hydraulic system repair, or van body repair . We have a dedicated staff for repairs and can draw on our install staff for repair work when needed.
Truck Equipment Repairs
We service what we sell and repair all brands of truck equipment. Repairs that typically require welding, electrical repair, body repair, and hydraulic repairs are in our staff’s area of expertise.
Trailer Repairs
As in fleet maintenance, we focus on the equipment side of trailer repairs, but we are happy to look at DOT problems or trailer related repairs such as brakes, flooring, rollup doors, etc.
Frame Modifications
Lengthening or shortening of the wheel base is routinely done in our shop.
Inspections
We here at CTE offer Annual DOT truck or trailer inspections, written crane inspections, aerial bucket written inspections, dielectric testing, and Final Stage Certifications on truck equipment installations.
